KbTracking

Permettre de consulter les solutions proposées par la base de connaissances et de copier la solution pertinente pour résoudre un ticket.

Ceci permettrait d'augmenter la rapidité de traitement des tickets récurrents.

Je pense qu'il serait bien de pouvoir joindre un item de la base de connaissance à un item de l'inventaire

Where is duplicated this feature request? I can't find it...

I think it would be nice having a way of creating a knowledge base article from a ticket and its followups. Maybe an 'add to the knowledge base' button somewhere in the ticket form.

pouvoir associer une catégorisation et/ou un élément d'inventaire serait interessant : dans le la saisie d'une entré de la base de connaissace, ajouter un lien vers la table des catégorisation et vers les tables inventaire permettrait d'accéder directement un une FAQ techique en cas de qualification d'incident et à une procédure dans le cas d'une demande.
