Cannot Add Document to a ticket (post-only)
When a post-only want to add a document to a ticket, he goes to document.form.php and he have Denied Access :
In document.form.php at the top : checkRight("document", "r"); ??

Same problem here. GLPI 0.80.3, post-only user can add document when creating ticket, but cannot add document to existing ticket.
